The backbone of any successful kitchen is its cleanliness and organization. Our busy restaurant operation in the İskele Region is looking to hire a reliable, hard-working Dishwasher & Kitchen Utility Worker to keep our food preparation zones safe, sanitary, and running smoothly.
Your core responsibilities will center on operating commercial dishwashing machinery, manually washing large kitchen cookware (pots, pans, baking sheets), drying/sorting dining ware, and ensuring the line cooks always have a steady supply of clean tools. Additionally, you will assist with general kitchen hygiene tasks, including clearing trash, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. This is a fast-paced physical position suited for a disciplined team player who values order and cleanliness. Comfortable on-site staff housing is provided.
